Do you have a keen eye for design and an understanding of consumer behavior?

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Merchandiser to join our non-profit organization and help us promote our cause through strategic merchandising efforts.


- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness for our non-profit organization while attending our shop in our eco-village during weekend festivals.

- Work with our donations of used clothes, and miscelanouis items and also new items with varying prices from yardsale to posh. Sort and prepare donations for display

- Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers and effectively communicate our message.

- Effectively list all items available on store website and marketing platforms. Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new product development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.

- Manage inventory levels, monitor sales performance, and make data-driven recommendations for product assortment optimization.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors while actively seeking new partnerships to expand our product offerings.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in merchandising to continuously improve our strategies.


- Previous experience in merchandising or retail management is preferred.

- Passion for the mission of our non-profit organization is essential.

- Strong creative vision with a demonstrated ability to curate compelling product assortments.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Here's an exciting opportunity to join our RBE Co-operative Eco-Villages! The hours are to your choosing during the week as most sales are to be expected online- but every Saturday 9 am-9 pm you will be attending the WE Mart booth/store in our village.

In addition to the rewarding work you'll be doing, you'll also have the chance to contribute an extra 3 hours per week towards LOL (Labor of Love) community projects. - the best part is that you'll have the privilege of collaborating with the entire village as part of this co-op experience.
