Our 1st Chinampa Island

So clear, so beautiful, and it's presently at knee depth. By the time I am done with the landscaping I will have over a dozen garden islands or Chinampa's with terraced pools with water falls connecting to canal's and streams around the garden islands throughout the marshland valley. The pools, ponds, canal's will be stocked with crawfish already here in abundance, a cpl different species of a self sustainable fish population to feed the farm and garden island soils. Water irrigation and soil health should not be a problem with self sustaining mineral rich waters and crops including freshwater crops that work in harmony with each other and the environment of the systems I'm creating.
